By accessing and using Sora2s ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sora2s provides AI-powered watermark removal services for Sora-generated videos. The Service allows users to upload videos and receive processed versions with watermarks removed.

3. User Accounts

  • You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Credits and Payment

  • New users receive 1,000 free credits upon signup
  • Each video processing costs 10 credits
  • Credits can be purchased through our payment system
  • Credits are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Credits do not expire

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload videos that you do not own or have permission to process
  • Upload videos containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Use the Service to violate any intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
  • Use automated tools or bots to access the Service
  • Resell or redistribute processed videos without proper authorization

6. Content Ownership and License

  • You retain all ownership rights to your uploaded videos
  • By uploading, you grant us a temporary license to process your videos
  • We do not claim ownership of your content
  • Processed videos are available for download for 7 days
  • We reserve the right to delete videos after 7 days

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

8. Service Limitations

  • Maximum file size: 500MB per video
  • Maximum duration: 15 minutes per video
  • Supported formats: MP4, MOV
  • Processing time varies based on video size and complexity

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Service at any time and at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will:

  • Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
  • Notify users via email or prominent notice on the Service for material changes
  • Post the revised Terms on this page
